Detroit Youth Foundation offers use of its facility on a daily basis to various community groups needing a site to host meetings and other events. There is a modest fee to use the premises.

Availability is generally on a first come basis but tenant partners needing meeting space have preference over outside groups.

Room availability is during non YouthVille activity hours.

Executive Board Room - Suite# 2210
Has a capacity of 20 guests, the room is equipped with a LCD Projector & Screen and a television.

Conference Room A – Suite# 2211
Has a capacity for 10 guests and has a white board.

Conference Room B -  Suite# 2212
Has a capacity for 10 guests and has a white board.

Commons Area – Suite# 1340
Has a capacity for 128 guests, this room is equipped with LCD Projector & Screen and an Audio System.

Activity Rooms 1-4 (Suite# 1050-1080)
Have a capacity for 23-25 guests, this rooms are equipped with form collapsible walls that can convert small meeting rooms into larger ones.

Commons Area – (Suite 1340) and the Activity Rooms 1-4 (Suite 1050-1080) can be combined to accommodate 225 guests.
